This website, https://teamequipment.com (the "Site"), is operated by Team Equipment, Inc. ("TEAM," "we," "us"), a Florida corporation located at 6620 Orchid Lake Road, New Port Richey, FL 34653, USA. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who the Site is for

The Site presents products intended for professional use by fire departments, rescue teams, industrial operations, utilities, marine operators and similar organizations. It is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

3. Product information, pricing and quotes

Everything on the Site is provided for general information. Product descriptions, specifications, images, kit contents, part numbers and availability come from manufacturers and our records and may change without notice. We work to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current or error free, and nothing on the Site is an offer to sell.

Any dispute arising from the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Pasco County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this section does not deprive you of any protection or forum granted to you by the mandatory consumer laws of the state where you reside.
